We take the protection of your personal data seriously and treat it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021).
2. Visiting this website (hosting)
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (so-called server log files), in particular:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of the request
- requested file or address and amount of data transferred
- browser type and operating system (user agent)
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. Processing in the USA is possible; transfers to third countries are based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Contact form and email
If you contact us via the inquiry form or by email, we process the data you provide (name, company, email address, content of the message) in order to handle your inquiry and for any follow-up questions. Name, email address and message are required for this; the company is optional.
The form is handled by the service Formspree (Formspree, Inc., 1 Rodney Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11211, USA): when you submit it, your entries are transmitted to the provider's servers and delivered to us by email; they are stored there for delivery and management of the inquiries. Processing in the USA is possible; transfers to third countries are based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission or on the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. To protect against automated misuse the form contains an invisible field (honeypot); no cookies are set for this and no third-party captcha is loaded. Merely visiting the page does not transmit any data to Formspree; this only happens when you submit the form.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request or of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Emails to us are currently received and stored via Google Mail (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
Retention period: your inquiry is deleted once it has been finally dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. for business-related correspondence under the Austrian Federal Fiscal Code). If a contract is concluded, we keep the documents for the statutory periods.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. Fonts, videos, the 3D model and all other content are loaded from our own web space, not from the servers of other providers (e.g. Google Fonts or YouTube). No data is therefore transmitted to third parties when you play the videos.
5. Recipients of your data
Your data is not sold and not passed on to third parties for advertising purposes. The only recipients are the technical service providers we use to operate the website and to process your inquiry and who act as processors on our instructions: Netlify, Inc. (hosting), Formspree, Inc. (delivery of the inquiry form) and our email provider (see section 3). In part, data is processed in the USA (see sections 2 and 3).
6. No automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making (including profiling) that has a legal effect on you or similarly significantly affects you.
7. Your rights
Within the limits of the law you have the right to:
- access to your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
- object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR)
Please contact nutsltech@gmail.com for this. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Datenschutzbehörde (Austrian Data Protection Authority), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, phone +43 1 52 152-0, email dsb@dsb.gv.at, www.dsb.gv.at.
8. Changes
We will update this policy if the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here at the time applies.
